The importance of knowing your contract end date

With wholesale energy prices rising, it’s now more important than ever to make sure you know when your business energy contract ends to avoid paying expensive ‘deemed’ rates.

If we don’t hear from you or your energy broker before your contract ends, you’ll be moved onto our ‘out of contract’ rates which can add unnecessary expense to your business overheads.

It pays to be proactive and plan ahead so you can renew, discuss any changes in your energy requirements or explore other options.

Finding your energy contract end date

If you're not sure of your contract end date, check your original supply contract documents. If you can't find them, or have any problems, you can get in touch with our customer service team through our online webchat service (look out for the webchat symbol at the bottom right of the page). Please remember to have your account number to hand.
