As a result, we have created a brand-new mid-market team to deliver existing service requirements, validate refunds and change of ownership(s) and help with other account queries.
How do we define mid-market?
We now have dedicated servicing teams for SME and Mid-Market customers:
- Small & Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) – for customers with up to 10 sites
- Mid-Market – for customers with 11+ sites
