As you’re no doubt aware, Total Gas & Power has been rebranded to TotalEnergies.
Why have we changed our name?
The Total Group, of which we are a part, is being transformed into a broad energy company and is committed to becoming carbon net zero by 2050, if not sooner. This means sustainability is at the heart of our strategy.
Changing our name from Total to TotalEnergies symbolises a new commitment: to be a world leader in energy and meet increasing demand whilst producing fewer emissions.

What else will change?
Our website address is now business.totalenergies.uk, and most of our email addresses are now @totalenergies.com. But if you have our previous email address saved, don’t worry – your emails will still reach our teams.
You may have noticed that emails from us are coming from a @totalenergies.com address, so please do mark them as safe.
We’ve worked hard on refreshing our brand’s look and feel both on our main website and through our communications with you to better reflect our clean energy transition. And if you’ve been with us a while, you can now download a copy of our updated welcome pack that contains all you need to know about your business energy supply.
What isn’t changing?
Our relationship with you! We’re still committed to providing hassle-free, reliable business energy and are focused on delivering outstanding customer service, as reflected in our ‘Great’ rating on Trustpilot.
Our telephone numbers remain the same and our name change does not affect any current contracts or payment methods you have set-up.
