## Business update from Dave Cranfield

Dear all,

I hope this month's newsletter finds you and your families well.

In this edition, I've put Office Services in the spotlight for the lengths they've gone to in order to keep us safe in the office. Please remember that it's our collective responsibility to uphold the Golden Rules. I have received feedback that some colleagues are left feeling uncomfortable when others are forgetting the rules. [This is why we have the Stop Card](https://live.business.totalenergies.uk/internal/dave-cranfield-jul-24). It is your responsibility to raise the issue directly with your colleague at the time of feeling uncomfortable. You must keep yourselves safe and don't be afraid to use your Stop Card. 

Thank you to Office Services and to everyone who's following and upholding the Golden Rules - keep up the good work!

To ensure our committment to diversity and inclusion is embedded in our culture and practices across Total Gas & Power, I will shortly be appointing a Diversity & Inclusion Champion. The champion will report to me and will supplement the initiatives in progress through Total's UK D&I Committee and through the [TWICE network](https://work-45545952.workplace.com/groups/687515602062303/). Liz Gregson will share more information in due course. 

Finally, with work commencing on a proof of concept for a new digital SME product, it's fair to say that despite the many challenges we are facing, we have continued to look to the future of TGP. 

I look forward to updating you again next month.
