Firstly, I hope you and your families are keeping safe and well.

It’s been two weeks since the last newsletter and, in that time, we’ve achieved so much. 

Thanks to a drive-thru service offered by IT we’ve experienced and resolved Zscaler issues that affected most of our workforce. I would like to thank everyone, both in IT and across the business, who worked together to minimise the disruption caused by this issue.

We’ve also implemented our first ever webchat that’s now being used in the UK and in South Africa to help service existing customers - primarily in SME. The webchat also enables us to use a chatbot which automates part of the conversation and directs customers to helpful areas of the website which is quick, efficient and time saving.

And finally, we’re reaching the final stages of completing plans to re-open our offices which will see our first wave of colleagues returning to the office soon.
