Eat, drink, chew … go to the dentist.
As an employee at TGP you have the wonderful benefit of dental cover. We, the employees, just pay the taxable benefit which is a few quid every month.
So if you have bad breath, sore teeth, need some diamond-encrusted platinum grillz (maybe not that last one) then go and see any dentist you like, pay as normal, then claim back by going to: www.denplan.co.uk/employeeonline.
Are you signed up? If not you will need to fill in the application form here if you are Grade A to NP11, or here for NP12+, and return to the HR Department.

Some reminders on how to keep your teeth healthy!
- Have a healthy lifestyle, including eating well, not smoking and limiting your alcohol and sugar intake. It's good for your whole body, including your teeth, gums and mouth.
- Brush your teeth twice a day. Plaque is a film of bacteria that coats your teeth if you don't brush them properly and contributes to gum disease and tooth decay. Brushing stops plaque building up - try to make sure you brush every surface of all your teeth.
- Don’t rinse with water straight after toothbrushing – spit out any excess toothpaste but don’t rinse your mouth immediately after brushing as it will wash away the concentrated flouride, reducing its effectiveness.
