## Go the Distance

Throughout the month of May we are challenging you to Go the Distance by collectively travelling the distance between our Redhill and Newcastle offices as many times as we can, all in aid of raising funds for [Samaritans](https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.samaritans.org%2F&data=04%7C01%7CAmy.Devlin%40totalgp.com%7C19e7e04971c04ff83ae208d9146cc455%7C329e91b0e21f48fba071456717ecc28e%7C0%7C0%7C637563279847048092%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=E2zk28%2Fw%2F5Wi7b4tYIo8fGAm%2BO8WTraZ%2BvClsJDQiVA%3D&reserved=0). Samaritans do incredible work – they are available 24/7 to anyone who needs to talk, so every penny we raise really could help to save a life. There’s still plenty of time to get involved, so here's what you need to know...

 

- Tracking your activity
  
  We are asking you to let us know what activity you have done. You can do this weekly if you are planning to log regular activity, or as a one-off if you are planning one or a handful of activities. Sending us regular activity logs will help us to keep track of our progress over the month. You can choose how you track your distance covered – it could be through a smart phone, smart watch or other device, an app such as Strava, or manually calculating a route. If you’re using the GRP Heroes app, you won’t need to fill out this tracker as we can access your data from there.
