If you are able to connect, please use the Self-Service Portal, where we will be publishing details of any ongoing system issues alongside hints and tips on the most frequent questions we're being asked.
Service Levels
The Service Delivery Team will be working under the same constraints as the rest of the business, with our priority being keeping the business running - so please bear with us if you're asking for smaller changes or for new non-priority equipment.
When raising issues with the Service Desk via the Self-Service Portal please let us know as many details as you can about the issue in the notes field.
Please avoid using the Service Desk / support email addresses as these are only periodically reviewed.
