Experience the Thrill of Touch Rugby
New to rugby? No worries! If you can run, you can play: this video explains the basic rules of a touch rugby match. (Please activate the English subtitles in YouTube).
The aim is to score as many tries as possible by flattening the ball in the opponent's in-goal, while preventing them from scoring. The use of force is prohibited, and kicking is forbidden. It is a game of agility and dodging that is accessible to all. Matches are played in two halves of 7 minutes each, with a half-time interval of 1 minute 30 seconds. For our tournament, teams will play 7 vs 7.
