It is that time again! Mid-year appraisals will be taking place over the next month, so to make such you get the most out of them we have these quick 5 step guide!
- Manager books Interim Review session and prints out blank interim Review form from HR4U in preparation. For Kelly staff, use the Interim Review form on WAT
- Manager and employee participate in session to review progress against objectives, set new ones, assess application of completed training and identify further training needs
- Manager uses notes from session to complete APR and ATR sections in HR4U
- Employee receives email asking them to review manager notes in HR4U. Employee adds comments and submits back to manager
- Once agreed, manager clicks on ‘Validate’ to close the Interim Review
