A BREATH OF FRESH AIR - GETTING THE MOST FROM YOUR ANNUAL INDIVIDUAL REVIEW

 

It is that time again! Mid-year appraisals will be taking place over the next month, so to make such you get the most out of them we have these quick 5 step guide!

  1. Manager books Interim Review session and prints out blank interim Review form from HR4U in preparation. For Kelly staff, use the Interim Review form on WAT

  2. Manager and employee participate in session to review progress against objectives, set new ones, assess application of completed training and identify further training needs

  3. Manager uses notes from session to complete APR and ATR sections in HR4U

  4. Employee receives email asking them to review manager notes in HR4U. Employee adds comments and submits back to manager

  5. Once agreed, manager clicks on ‘Validate’ to close the Interim Review 

 

Look out for the email from L&D with instructions for using HR4U
