Whilst not everything has been perfect and it can often be easy to focus on what still needs to be done to continuously develop and progress, it is also important to stop, reflect and recognise what has been achieved.   ![2019 people highlights graphic](https://live.business.totalenergies.uk/hubfs/2019%20people%20highlights%20graphic.png)   2019 saw significant activity in recruitment at TGP as well as the launch of Talent development and MDP1. Whilst these initiatives are managed by the HR and L&D team, the implementation and activity is owned by you - often outside the busy “business as usual” jobs everyone has. So a big thank you and well done to everyone who has been involved in the recruitment and onboarding of our new starters, and who have participated and contributed to the People initiatives and highlights. I’m confident that 2020 will be just as ambitious as 2019 as we look to develop our people strategy at TGP and I look forward to your ongoing feedback and support.
