We all know that it’s nice to be appreciated for a job well done, and now here at TGP, it’s going to be even nicer when you’re rewarded for your hard work. We have launched a new reward and recognition scheme, giving managers the opportunity to reward their team or an individual for some particularly outstanding work. So whether you’ve done something amazing for a customer or TGP colleague, or have taken action to represent one of our five values, you now stand a chance of receiving a special thanks from your manager.
The policy was circulated to managers in March along with all the information they need in order to recognise outstanding contributions.
If someone goes out of their way to help you, why not let them know how much you appreciate them, letting their manager know too. It’s cool to be kind.
