The results for the year are in, and its good news again as Sales hit target! An excellent November and the acceptance of CCS helped to get us over the line.
There were good performances for several channels, some of the highlights were:
- Public accepting Crown Commercial Service (CCS) leading to them hitting over 1000% of their November target
- TPI securing value of 214% of their target.
- SME Direct hitting target with 134%.
- Acquisition hitting 116% of their target.
- Indirect securing 118% of their target.
- Retention hitting over 300% of their target with 346%
Key contracts accepted include:
- CCS – New business in gas.
- Marstons – Renewal in gas
- Serco Leisure – Renewal in gas
- HICP Limited – Renewal in power
These results contributed to total sales of 244% of target in November.
