## Stuck in a lift with Anne-Cecile Roccon

We all have a fun side and it was great to catch up with  Anne-Cecile Roccon, Director of Central Services. Here is what she had to say:

What's your favourite part about working at TotalEnergies?

The diversity. As an organisation, TotalEnergies operates in many countries, and I have been fortunate to work in three different countries. I started off in the headquarters in France, moved to an affiliate in The Philippines and came to the UK last year.

Working across the group has enabled me experience, understand and appreciate different cultures and that’s something I don’t take for granted.

**Tell us three things most people don’t know about you…**

In no particular order:

- ![baking](https://live.business.totalenergies.uk/hubfs/baking.jfif)I am a baker. You can find me baking French pastries, cakes over the weekend. Even though these days I try to substitute my ingredients for healthier options much to my kids disapproval.
- I LOVE rock n roll. I am a huge fan of the rolling stones
- I am left handed

What advice would you give your 16 year old self?

*Anything and everything can happen and guess what, you will survive.*

**If you could invite three people (dead or alive) to dinner, who would they be and why?**

He is best known for having planned and led the 1519 Spanish expedition to the East Indies. I would like to find out what it was like to really be an explorer and conquer new territories.
