Last year we launched our Pilot Your Career initiative!
The program focuses on helping you develop your Individual Development Plan (IDP) and achieving your career aspirations. That could mean developing in your current role or moving in a new direction.
The personal contribution I want to make as an L&D professional is to help you feel fulfilled and happy in your role, whilst achieving our business goals. This is where what you enjoy doing, what you’re good at and what the business needs overlap.
Do I really think its possible for everyone? Yes, but not by chance!

There’s a big difference between wishing that you could go to Paris and putting together a plan to save enough money, get time off from work and create an itinerary. Career goals are the same way. Identifying them is just the first step. Use the tips below to figure out how you’re going to actually reach them.
✈ Use the ‘My Success Plan’ Workbook to define your destination(s)
✈ Create your draft IDP - plan your journey and timeline
✈ Share and finalise your IDP with your manager, agree any support you may need and how often you will both check progress
✈ Take consistent action!
