![billing](https://live.business.totalenergies.uk/hubfs/billing.jfif)The Pricing Department has two main objectives - to send the right price to bill and create the right price for sales to quote. We wish it was that easy…

 

Who is in the pricing team and what do they do?

We have three teams- power pricing (managed by Celine Davis), Embedded Pricing team (managed by Kathryn English) and Gas Pricing team(managed by Chaya Case).

These three teams support similar business activities from managing flexible commodity reporting to understanding the operational impact of an industry modification!

 What projects are you working on now?

Our current priorities are recruiting, responding to the commodity crisis, some UIG (Un-identified gas) fun and non-commodity reconciliations (to name a few).

Can you share your biggest team accomplishments in the past year?

We have made significant progress on TCR (Transmission Charging Review), cleared the backlog and embedded business as usual process for Ratchets and made a dent in our aged queries.
