Ronelle is responsible for the Customer Care Team in Cape Town including Customer Care Inbound, Complaints and E-mails.

RonelleSwartz.pngWith over 16 years of experience in both the Captive and BPO environment, Ronelle joined the WNS team in April 2017. Ronelle’s expertise includes Customer Care, Sales and Marketing, Social Media, WFM, Quality and Learning & Development in both South African and International call centres. The campaigns Ronelle has worked on included Telecommunication and Retail. She started her call centre journey at Telkom as an advisor. As part of their fast track development programme she was able to rise through the ranks in the call centre environment.

Ronelle completed a programme in Management at the Potchefstroom Business School (North West University). She is an assertive leader who is able to multitask and motivate people within any dynamic and demanding environment. She travelled extensively in South Africa to manage and set up new lines of business within call centres; she has limitless drive and as a hands-on manager Ronelle is very  passionate about all she does.

Ronelle is a born and bred Capetonian and loves the city and its people. In her personal capacity she has  travelled extensively and has visited most of Europe, the Middle East and China. She enjoys reading, with biographies being her particular favourite. Ronelle says she is a bit of a royalist and enjoys reading about the British and European Monarchy.

Ronelle is passionate about working within the BPO sector, and being able to share her enthusiasm, experiences and knowledge.
