The ‘Awesome You’ section of Switched On began its life as a place where TGP staff could shout about their achievements, both in and out of work. It very quickly became a bi-monthly summary of baby announcements and charitable endeavours – both incredible feats, and definitely worth shouting about – but in 2019 we’re re-widening the net!

We all know how much everyone hates to blow their own trumpets (until it comes to the end-of-year appraisals), but every day, all around the business, people are going above and beyond to deliver outstanding service to customers and to their fellow employees. We want to hear about the meeting you knocked out of the park, the enormous unbilled query you closed, and the top Trust Pilot review you secured, because when one person succeeds, we all do! And if you know someone who’s far too modest to share their own success story, why not post a ‘thank you’ for their hard work?

As the recent Post-It Polls in the Redhill office confirmed, Total is full of remarkable individuals who get up to all sorts of weird and wonderful things in their spare time. This is the place to share your passion! In the whirlwind of a new year and the resolutions that come with it, you could inspire others to find a fresh source of fulfillment in their lives. You can also promote your own projects, whether it’s a creative enterprise or a charity fundraiser, an open-mic night or a knitting circle!
