However... … only 20% of the skills and knowledge you need to be effective in your role is provided by L&D! Most comes from ‘on-the-job training’ provided by your manager and work colleagues. We can’t easily track this on-the-job training data without your help, so we’re missing out on a whole load of your valuable training hours! --- #### What are the Bright Lights Awards? **The Bright Lights Awards** have been introduced to recognise individuals investing in their learning and development. That's why, to help us meet our KPI and participate in the Bright Lights Awards, we’re asking all employees to send L&D their "on-the-job training hours".   **✨ £25 Amazon vouchers to be won! ✨** --- #### 🎯 How do I enter the prize draw? To enter the prize draw simply meet the following criteria: 1. Let L&D know your training hours completed between 1 January 2024 and 31 June 2024. 2. Complete all mandatory e-learning (those on Lizzy, Ihasco and Convercent) 3.
