We are excited to announce that from 12th November 2024, we will be introducing Clever Nelly in Major Business Servicing.

CleverNelly Elephant

Clever Nelly is a knowledge retention platform already in situ and working well at WNS. Clever Nelly asks you questions on a regular basis and enables you and your managers to identify knowledge gaps, coaching and training requirements that you can discuss in 1-2-1’s.

What will this mean for you?

  • You will have complete control of your learning experience and increase your workplace confidence.
  • You will be able to track your knowledge progress – anonymously compared to your peer group.
  • You can engage with Clever Nelly at your own convenience, with daily questions delivered across email and taking less than two minutes to complete.
  • Building your knowledge will enable you to increase your confidence in your approach to resolving queries.
  • Time currently being spent training other staff or answering some of these questions, should reduce.
