Dear all,
Following last week’s safety stand down which reminded us of the importance of safety in our business, and our return to the office, I’d like to re-launch the “Stop Card” with immediate effect. This gives everyone the authority to stop any activity that’s unsafe. From not wearing a mask when walking around the building to leaving spillages on the floor, it is our collective responsibility to keep our environment safe from covid-19 and potential hazards.
The Golden Rules have been updated this week to include a new rule which guarantees that all desks can be thoroughly cleaned every day. These can be found on WAT and will also be displayed in the lightboxes in each office
The steps I ask each of you to take are printed on every Stop Card. Please let your Line Manager know if you don’t have one.
In next month’s newsletter I’m looking forward to sharing more information about our plans to combat the effects of covid-19 on our business.
In the meantime, I’m glad to report that I’m continuing to receive positive feedback from those of you in the office who are enjoying working together once again, and I look forward to seeing more of you returning soon.
