Thanks for taking the time to attend this week’s Big Breakfast. To recap, the main points were:
- Our offices have now re-opened
- We’ve worked hard to ensure we welcome colleagues back to a safe environment
- We have new office Golden Rules
I returned to the Redhill office this week for the first time since lockdown and officially authorised the re-opening, having satisfied myself that we have taken all the necessary precautions to do so. The same has been done in Newcastle and Leeds by Peter McLeod.
I adjusted quickly to the new procedures and office rules and I know you will too. Whilst I’d anticipated the environment feeling foreign, it was in fact great to be in familiar surroundings outside of home. It will only get better as colleagues return to create more of an atmosphere as it was very quiet!
We all have our part to play in keeping ourselves and each other safe by following the office Golden Rules which are included in this newsletter and are displayed in each office. It is our collective responsibility to uphold them and keep our value of “Safety” at the forefront of our minds.
As this newsletter is dedicated to our offices re-opening, you’ll also find the video that I shared with you in here, as well as the detailed FAQs. They are comprehensive, however we’re in the process of updating them to include unanswered questions from the Big Breakfasts.
As I said this week, if you have any questions relating to your individual circumstances and your safe return, please direct them to your Line Manager.
I’m looking forward to seeing you all in the office in due course. In the meantime, please continue to stay safe.
Yours,
Dave
