Dear all,
I spent some time this month speaking to you all in our latest series of Big Breakfasts. Thank you for your time and all your questions. Although the immediate picture is not where we want it to be, we are a strong business and I am confident that by addressing the areas I discussed, we can positively impact the current situation.
We are continuing to work hard on the Orsted acquisition. This is a good deal for us and a great opportunity to deliver our growth strategic objective. Updates will be made over the coming weeks as we progress.
Liz Gregson is currently working through the applications to the new Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and we’re pleased that we had a good number of responses. We will share progress and announce your new committee members soon.
Finally, I’d like to repeat what I said to you all recently – thank you for your flexibility and continued hard work in difficult circumstances. I encourage you to continue to check in with each other - don’t be afraid to pick up the phone or get on Teams, particularly if you are working remotely.
