1. So, what are you working on today?
I have a team meeting this morning. We will be catching up on what
we are all doing and discussing:
· The end of year salary review and Appraisal process
· Recruitment metrics that we will be introducing
· Reviewing the roll out of Talent Management
This afternoon I will be reviewing the Springboard programme with K2 and catching up on some emails!
2. What’s the best part of your role here at TGP?
The variety, having worked at TGP for a while now I love the fact that I look back at the end of every year and reflect on how different it has been to the previous years. I feel I am able to make suggestions regarding HR initiatives and see them through to completion, which gives me clear purpose in my role.
3. What do you want to be when you grow up?
If I haven’t already grown up at TGP?! - I would like to be doing (or more overseeing) some property renovation.
4. What’s your favourite movie?
Ferris Bueller’s Day off – I watched it again recently and it stands the test of time!
