Shortly before April payday some of you may have seen an email announcing the launch of ePayslips.
Electronic payslips or ‘ePayslips’ are now becoming part and parcel of modern self-service systems and as we have quickly embraced new ways of working due to the coronavirus pandemic, this is a great way for you to have instant access to your payslip.
Here are a few more great reasons why we have introduced ePayslips:
Cost-effective – as these are online there is no need to print them off or post them, saving the organisation both time and money.
Environmentally friendly – as there is now no need to print payslips, we’ll be reducing our usage of paper and ink, saving trees and reducing our impact on the environment. This is a great step in helping us to be greener.
More secure – online payslips are more secure as you’ll need to login using a username and password that are unique to you. There is also less risk that you’ll leave your confidential data in the office for others to see.
Can be accessed anytime, anywhere – over recent weeks we have all become accustomed to increased use of technology and mobile optimisation. ePayslips can be accessed through any internet enabled device so can be accessed without the need for additional equipment.
Access to historical payslips – going forwards from March 2020, you’ll be able to access and print historical payslips, helping you to meet evidence requirements that may be needed for mortgage or loan applications.
Can all be stored in a single secure space – with ePayslips you wont have lots of bits of paper laying around to add to you home filing pile. Instead, you’ll just need to login to your account to check details of your pay, tax and deductions.
You should have received an email from myepaywindow on payday with a registration link. Once you have pressed that link you will need to verify your identity, and once set up you will be able to access your March and April payslips.
In the coming weeks you will also be able to access your new eP60.
