Your Mid-Year (Interim) Review

You may have seen the recent email from HR about the Mid-Year (Interim) Reviews.

If not, please read this and ensure that you have a review session booked in your diary with your line manager before 30th June 2020.

This year we will be using HR4U which is ready and available with your Mid-Year or Interim Review (IR) to be completed on the site. Your completed AIR form needs to be validated by 31st July.

As a reminder, the review ratings are as follows:

Grade

Are outstandingly achieved

Achievements surpass objectives by a substantial margin and the employee operates vastly in excess of what would normally be expected at this level. Employee should be able to take on more responsibly and a move in the short term is warranted. Overall performance is particularly exceptional

5/5+

Are achieved above expectations

Achievements surpass objectives by a comfortable margin. Employee has developed the role beyond job requirements. Overall job performance level is very high.

4/4+

Are fully achieved

Achievements entirely meet objectives and overall performance is high. Employee has all the skills needed for the job. Much in line with that which is expected from most employees.

3/3+

Are partially achieved

Achievements partially meet objectives and overall performance is acceptable, however, employee needs to improve work quality or develop methods to reach goals. Overall performance requires improvement, however if the employee is new to the job it may be that he/she has not mastered its requirements

2/2+

Are not achieved

 

Achievements fail to meet objectives and the employee is not fulfilling their duties. They will need to significantly improve their performance in order to remain in their current location.
