Thanks to everyone who attended the launch briefing for our new transformation programme, designed to modernise Total Gas & Power and bring us closer to our vision to be the UK’s most trusted energy supplier. You would have heard Sion Roberts introduce the programme with a run-down of the reasons why we are changing and a brief overview of the types of projects included in the programme. The Better Energy School Awards help to enable environmental issues to be taught in a cross-curricular way, so that subjects like Art, English, History, Mathematics and Home Economics could form the focus of the project in an equally valid way to the more obvious approach to be taken through Science, Technology and Geography. What is more, the Awards help make learning fun!
